134 MAIN STREET
Our current project

THE GATES HOUSE
Reinforcing our Commitment
The WRF current focus is on the Main Street corridor; the gateway to Westerly and its beach communities. Â Reflecting that focus, WRF acquired the Gates House, a Greek Revival built in 1846 located at 134 Main Street, Westerly RI. This 2,800 square foot modified post and beam structure had fallen into serious disrepair and was at risk of collapse. It is one of the most prominent building on Main Street and desperately needed to be saved.
With the exterior complete, we now move on to finish the inside. The Gates House will remain a mixed use building with apartments and professional space.

134 MAIN BEFORE
Saving a prominent historical home
When the renovations are complete, 134 Main will be offered for sale. As a mixed use building with fantastic exposure, this is an ideal location for professional office space. The lower and main floor levels will be finished with an open floor space allowing build out to suit the buyer. Â The top floor incorporates two apartments providing quality workforce housing.
